Personality is an important part of one character. The first theorist of choice that can explain Antwone Fisher. Bandura believed that learning was apparent when one was observing another person or experience (Schultz Schultz, 2013). Through Antwone’s actions, it was plausible that he became a product of what he witnessed and experienced. Antwone displayed certain fears that was based on his past and the people that he came in contact with. Bandura would say that Antwone went through the process of observational learning (Schultz Schultz, 2013). â€Å"Bandura analyzed the nature of observational learning and found it to be governed by four related mechanisms: attentional processes, retention processes, production processes, and incentive and motivational processes† (Schultz Schultz, 2013, p. 335). First, there are various changing forces that can effect attentional processes (Schultz Schultz, 2013). According to Bandura, â€Å"observational learning or modeling will not occur unless the subject pays attention to the model† (Schultz Schultz, 2013). For example, even though Antwone was not raised by his biological parents, he had several influences in his life. Antwone’s foster mother had a momentous influence on Antwone. Antwone was violent towards him and may have taught him to be aggressive.
